BMG has been assisting medical device companies with project management, product lifecycle planning and contract service relationships since 1999.
BMG is staffed by its two principals: Bruce F. Foshay and Pamela J. Foshay, both seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the demanding, highly-regulated environment of medical product development and production services. They are adept at forging successful customer relationships with both dynamic small start-up companies and the larger corporate giants of the medical industry. They are able to approach a task aggressively, with an abbreviated learning curve to deliver quick results.
Prior to founding BMG in 1999, Bruce and Pam acquired a broad base of corporate experience in the areas of outsourced medical device development and manufacture, product development and program management, as detailed below.
Bruce F. Foshay
Bruce has close to forty years of experience in effectively leading and motivating technical teams in R&D, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Production, in a variety of environments and industries involving electro-mechanical and electro-optic products for medical, commercial and defense applications. He has a particular affinity for Product Engineering and the process of bridging projects from Specification into Development and through to Production. Bruce’s corporate career included a variety of technical, managerial and sales & marketing positions with: KMC Systems, Inc., Kollsman Instruments, Textron Defense Systems and Raytheon Corporation. He holds several degrees: B.S. Mechanical Engineering, B.S. Marketing and A.S. Commercial Art.
Pamela J. Foshay
Pam is a management generalist with nearly thirty years of experience, including Program Management, Master Scheduling, Operations & Materials Management, Contracts, Technical Sales & Marketing, Customer Service and Account Management, also in a broad range of development and production business environments involving electro-mechanical instrumentation. Her particular forte is in building strong client/customer relationships and facilitating the success of cross-functional teams. Pam’s corporate experience was with KMC Systems, Inc. and several different businesses of the General Electric Company. She holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and completed GE’s Manufacturing Management Program.
